PRESS RELEASE    Riverside Neighbourhood Inc., a group of citizens concerned about the long term viability of Riverside Drive as a neighbourhood and scenic parkway, has a date in Divisional Court on November 23, 2009.     The November 23 court date set for the hearing of the Riverside Drive legal issues has been postponed on consent of the parties.     The Court will hear arguments from both the City of Windsor and Riverside Neighbourhood Inc. which is represented by noted environmental lawyer, Eric Gillespie of Toronto.     The hearing in London will determine the validity of the environmental assessment adopted by the city in their effort to transform Riverside Drive from a scenic parkway into a traffic oriented "urban highway."     We will post updates as they become available
